The short version
- Paglipat is a flight and hotel search app and website. There are no accounts and no in-app payments.
- The website and the apps follow the system light/dark appearance, honour Reduce Motion, and use text plus selected states rather than colour alone.
- Core text and controls are designed to meet WCAG AA contrast (4.5:1 for text, 3:1 for focus rings) in both light and dark themes.
- There is no video or spoken audio, so captions and audio descriptions do not apply.

What this product is
Common tasks are: first-launch onboarding, searching flights, searching hotels, saving a trip, changing language/currency/theme, and using the DTV calculator and relocation checklist. Booking happens on partner sites (Travelpayouts, Agoda, and others). Those partners have their own accessibility statements.
Website
The site is static HTML with a skip-to-content link, labelled form controls, and a language switcher. Pages use semantic headings. Decorative motion (page transitions, loading placeholders) stops when the operating system Reduce Motion setting is on.

iOS and Android apps
The apps are Flutter. Interactive controls expose names and roles to VoiceOver and TalkBack. Selected tabs, chips, and dates announce their selected state. Decorative images and Lottie animations are hidden from the screen reader. The passenger picker supports increment and decrement actions.
The Android app is on Google Play. The iOS app is on the App Store.
We have not yet claimed Larger Text on the App Store. System font scaling is honoured, but some dense rows still truncate at the largest Dynamic Type sizes. We are working through those layouts.
The in-app map uses MapLibre. Destination price pins are labelled buttons. Panning the map canvas itself is limited under VoiceOver; the pin list is the supported path.
App Store accessibility labels
On iPhone we indicate support for Dark Interface, Differentiate Without Color Alone, Sufficient Contrast, and Reduced Motion. VoiceOver and Voice Control are evaluated on device for the common tasks above. Captions and Audio Descriptions are not used because the app does not play video or spoken audio.
Known limits
- Some list rows truncate long titles instead of wrapping at extra-large text sizes.
- Partner booking pages (opened after you tap a fare) are outside Paglipat.
- Help articles that load in a web view follow the website statement above.
